We combine the best approaches from the old way of care, like house calls, with modern approaches, like telemedicine. Through a monthly membership you will have unprecedented access to your provider while leveraging technology to increase your convenience. Your membership includes features such as same or next day appointments, direct messaging with your provider, urgent guidance, and house calls when needed.

Your health journey is exactly that: yours. We work together to come up with a plan that works best for you. We won’t overprescribe medications, expensive procedures or unnecessary tests. There are no middle men, administrators, or insurance companies dictating how we work together. We discuss every aspect of the plan together to make decisions that provide the best care for your unique health journey.

Initial new patient visits will be an hour long visit in your home where we will we will perform a physical exam and discuss your full health picture, lifestyle, and living environment.

Full spectrum preventative care and lifestyle management services are offered including screenings, diagnosis, lab work-ups, medications, lifestyle advice and comprehensive treatment plans.

Acute Interventions
Convenient care is available when you need it for acute illnesses and injuries. Same or next day visits are always available.
